LTL Carriers
Sentinel Fence retains the right to select carriers based on our discretion. If you prefer a specific carrier, Sentinel Fence will attempt to accommodate your request.
Freight charges paid by Sentinel Fence will only cover the freight. This does not include any service charges incurred by the customer (i.e. C.O.D. fee). Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Home delivery charges $150.00. Call before delivery notification from the shipping company.
Lift Gate charge $100.00 for any Residential Delivery over 100 lbs.
Shipment Errors
All shipping errors must be brought to the attention of Sentinel Fence within five business days. If the error was ours we will provide you with the correct inventory and cover the costs of shipping the replacement pieces to you and the returned merchandise back to us. Any replacement pieces must be shipped back in their original packaging. If the error is your fault then you will be held accountable for all freight and restocking fees.
